After completing a Master’s Thesis titled “Interoperable Licensing Component” in January 2023 at the Fraunhofer Institute for Open Communication Systems (FOKUS), in collaboration with the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW), he transitioned from a role as a Research Assistant to a Research Associate at Fraunhofer FOKUS.
His work primarily revolves around enhancing E-Learning experiences through the adoption of Learning Technology Interoperability (LTI), CMI5, xAPI, IMS-CC, and LOM standards, coupled with a keen interest in improving interoperability through OIDC and SAML 2.0 standards. Additionally, his expertise extends to the practical application of DevOps methodologies, including containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, to create scalable and resilient educational platforms. Furthermore, he contributes to the development of adaptive learning environments by employing various strategies, such as learning analytics and the analysis of semantic similarity between learning materials, to customize educational content according to individual learner needs.
