Dr. Sirkka Freigang is CEO and Founder of Dr. Sirkka Freigang Consulting, specialized in Smart Learning Consulting, Experience Design, and Foresight Facilitation. Holding a PhD in Education, she designs innovative learning solutions that transform learning into engaging, future-oriented experiences.

With an academic background in trend and futures research, she deliberately transitioned from academia into industry to put her research into practice. She brings valuable corporate experience from roles at Volkswagen and Bosch, and combines insights from research, business, and the startup world to create impactful learning journeys.

Dr. Freigang is the author of Smart Learning Design, founder of the Smart Learning Community, and publisher of a weblog on EdTech innovation. For more than 20 years, she has been shaping educational innovation in Germany, with a strong focus on designing new learning spaces and formats that integrate AI and XR technologies.
