Philipp is founder and Managing Director of KPG Kröpelin Projekt GmbH, an ILIAS open source e-learning service provider based in Berlin. With his team of 20, KPG creates innovative e-learning solutions. Philipp holds an MA in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Cologne. As a project manager he helped to release the first version of ILIAS in 1998. He has worked as a consultant in leading positions in large projects at various DAX companies such as Metro CC, E.ON, Henkel, as well as in government projects at Bundeswehr and other higher federal authorities.
