Dr. Danny Pająk is the project lead at govdigital eG for the operational and functional implementation of the Pedagogical Cloud Infrastructure (PCI), a cross-state cloud initiative for digital education, governed by the participating federal states. In this role, he coordinates stakeholders from federal states, public institutions, and technology partners and supports the transition from strategic objectives to a stable and sovereign platform operation. As an external expert at govdigital eG and a Senior Manager at Capgemini Invent, he is responsible for the education domain within the public sector and has several years of experience in large-scale, federal education projects in Germany. He advises federal states and public IT service providers at the intersection of education, public administration, and digital transformation. Danny holds a PhD in social sciences, with a research and teaching focus on innovation management and entrepreneurship. His current work focuses on digital sovereignty, governance models, and scalable public digital infrastructures in federal systems.
