Jens Muschner is a senior leader with extensive experience in innovation management, digital transformation, and change management. He currently serves as Head of Customer Solution “Learning Systems Bundeswehr” at BWI GmbH, where he oversees the digitalization of learning systems for over 300,000 users across German Armed Forces.

From 2017 to 2024, Jens led BWI innoX, BWI’s dedicated innovation unit, developing new service and products, building an intrapreneurship program, and establishing an innovation partner ecosystem spanning industry and academia.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at IBM Germany managing large international teams and multi-million euro budgets across outsourcing and technology programs in Europe.

Jens holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and has completed executive programs at Stanford and the Management Institute St. Gallen. He holds certifications including Lean Sigma Black Belt, Prince2Agile Practitioner, and Certified Scrum Master.
