Daniel Robinson is a Product Manager at Matrox, leading Matrox ORIGIN, a software-defined, asynchronous media framework for building dynamic live production infrastructure on COTS and cloud platforms. With over 14 years in the broadcast and media industry, Daniel has led large-scale transformation initiatives spanning cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes-based deployments, and IP-based media facilities.

Prior to joining Matrox, Daniel served as Head of Product and Head of R&D at Pebble, where he spearheaded the development of PRIMA, a next-generation microservices-based platform built on Kubernetes and Istio. An AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional), he specializes in scalable cloud deployments, service mesh architectures, DevSecOps, and resilient multi-site broadcast systems, helping media organizations modernize workflows for agility, redundancy, and cost efficiency.
