Dr. Yvonne Konstanze Behnke holds a PhD in education and is an L&D strategist, trainer, speaker, and non-fiction author. She has worked in corporate learning for over 20 years. For eight years, she conducted research at Humboldt University of Berlin on the psychological and didactic foundations of effective learning with media. Today, she supports organizations in designing evidence-based, transfer-oriented, and effective professional development. Her book Lernmythen aufgedeckt received the 2025 getAbstract International Book Award in the category Business Impact. The follow-up volume, Neue Lernmythen aufgedeckt, will be published by Haufe in June 2026.
