Roman Sauter is Co-Founder and Managing Director of oneclick learning GmbH, with a strong focus on strategic product management and AI-supported, self-directed learning in the workplace. Since 2014 he has worked on values- and competency-based learning, with the vision of making competency management scalable and applicable to today’s work. With Valcom (valcom.app) he is building a skill management platform that moves beyond knowledge transfer: dynamic learning paths grounded in skill diagnostics, organizational content and agile learning methods, where AI and agents create a tailored learning experience per individual.
