As an officer in the German Armed Forces, Martin brings extensive experience in training and leadership. Since 2022, he has been serving at the Army Training Command in Leipzig, where he works as a desk officer in a department responsible for shaping and driving the digital transformation of military education within the Army.

With a background as a state-certified computer science technician, Martin combines technical expertise with operational experience. A key focus of his current role is to modernize and enhance the attractiveness of training by leveraging digital tools and innovative technologies. In particular, the integration of AI-powered solutions is expected to help make training more efficient, targeted, and tailored to individual needs. Martin is looking forward to exchanging ideas with fellow participants at the 12th FOKUS Media Web Symposium.
