Glenn Deen is a network and streaming technologist focused on advancing Internet video delivery. He serves as President of the Streaming Video Technology Alliance (SVTA), where he co-chairs the Networking & Transport Working Group and advises the Edge and Security groups.

At the IETF, Glenn co-chairs the Adaptive DNS Discovery (ADD) Working Group and serves as a technical advisor to the Media Operations (MOPS) group.

His current work spans hosted edge caching, L4S for streaming, and the application of AI to media delivery.
