Clara is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in education, research, technology innovation, and strategic partnerships. She has a proven track record in building and managing high-impact initiatives between industry and academia, with a focus on digital transformation and emerging technologies.

She launched the AWS Skills to Jobs Tech Alliance in Germany – a strategic initiative between AWS, universities, and industry partners that addresses cloud and emerging technology skill gaps and prepares learners for technical jobs. She led the scaling of the AWS Academy education initiative in DACH, and now over 90 universities in Germany are equipped with a real learning environment to build and practice cloud computing during their studies. Previously, she led the Executive Education division at Fraunhofer Academy, where she developed education programs with Fraunhofer researchers on highly innovative topics such as quantum computing, human-machine interaction, and energy data analytics. With her international experience in the education landscape, including collaborations with Tsinghua University (Beijing), University of California San Diego (UCSD), and MAUA Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia (São Paulo), she drives her mission to equip tomorrow’s talents with in-demand skills and empowers them to grow in their careers.
