Philipp is founder and Managing Director of KPG Kröpelin Projekt GmbH, an ILIAS open source e-learning service provider based in Berlin. With his team of 20, KPG creates innovative e-learning solutions. Philipp holds an MA in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Cologne. As a project manager he helped to release the first version of ILIAS in 1998. He has worked as a consultant in leading positions in large projects at various DAX companies such as Metro CC, E.ON, Henkel, as well as in government projects at Bundeswehr and other higher federal authorities. Philipp was recently a member of the program committee of the 24th International ILIAS Conference in Berlin.
