Pablo Flores is VP of Engineering at Qualabs, a leading media software engineering firm specializing in video technology, with over a decade of experience in multimedia delivery and digital communications. An Electrical Engineer with a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, he previously served as Head of Engineering at a local ISP and Pay TV company, leading a technical team in building and operating robust multimedia delivery solutions for internal and external customers. He is also an Assistant Professor at the School of Engineering of Universidad de la República in Montevideo, teaching Digital Communications and Multimedia Distribution. A participant in the C2PA Technical Working Group with a focus on live video, his current interests span video streaming workflows, engineering leadership, and bridging the gap between academia and industry in media technology.
