As a Principal Consultant at BWI, the Bundeswehr’s primary digitalisation partner, Matthias heads the Content team in the Centre of Excellence Customer Enablement and advises the project management VLBw on all issues relating to technology-supported training and user enablement for the VLBw.

He contributes more than 20 years of experience as a web-based training author, mobile learning expert, e-learning project manager and consultant and, as a former army officer, instructor, in face-to-face and in remote training scenarios as well, in the Bundeswehr, knows the special needs of military training and education from his own experience.
