As Tech Lead & Strategist for Research in Germany, Marian leads Microsoft’s tech partnerships and collaboration with Germany’s leading research institutes, focusing on AI-driven research innovation across the research and transfer lifecycle. In this role, Marian supports institutes to gain privileged access to latest model- & agent innovations, on-demand EU research capacities, the full stack of AI development capabilities and advises on spin-off, scaling or transfer efforts. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2015, Marian spent 7 years @Siemens AG for dual studies on Business Informatics (M.Sc. in Berlin and Taiwan) and gained holistic Tech experience as IT Service Manager for global Siemens enterprise customers.
