Emily Dubs is the Head of Technology at DVB Project, the industry-led consortium that develops open technical specifications for digital media delivery. In this role, she oversees all technical and standardization activities, supporting DVB’s modules and working groups while representing the organization globally at conferences and trade shows.

With a master’s degree in electronics and over 25 years of experience in the digital television industry, Emily brings deep expertise in both broadcast and broadband technologies. Before joining DVB, she held various roles spanning hardware development, pre-sales/marketing, product management and product strategy at companies including Harmonic, ENENSYS Technologies, and SmarDTV.
