13th FOKUS Media Web Symposium
We’re looking back at a successful 13th edition of our FOKUS Media Web Symposium (#FOKUSMWS), which once again brought the global media tech community together in Berlin on June 16–17, 2026.
With 300+ guests from 155 organizations across 22 countries, and the support of 28 sponsors and partners, #FOKUSMWS once again demonstrated its strong international reach and relevance.
Across 86 speakers and moderators, 6 co-located events, 6 tutorials, 4 workshops, and a full conference program, we delivered an extensive and inspiring experience. The program featured outstanding keynotes—including contributions from NASA+ and Netflix—and covered key topics such as QUIC-based streaming, low-latency delivery, sustainable media infrastructures, content provenance and authenticity, and AI in media.
Beyond the technical depth, the symposium highlighted the continued evolution of the media technology ecosystem, bringing together established leaders and new voices shaping the future of the industry.
