Julia graduated in Japanese Studies and joined Berlins economic development board Berlin Partner in 2017 after having worked for the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) for several years. She supported incoming companies with a creative business model such as fashion labels, music tech startups, music studios and provided information on public funding, location, visa etc. In 2023 she joined the innovation team at Berlin Partner – focusing on Design and User Experience. She now connects startups, SMEs and research institutions to realize innovative projects here in the German capital – also keeping an eye on possible public funding options.
