As a project manager and learning consultant, Katharina Vögl-Duschek supports organisations on their way to effective knowledge management and the development of sustainable learning initiatives that are in line with corporate strategic goals.

She studied economics and social sciences and completed her academic studies with a doctorate in business education at the WU Wien (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien).

In her dissertation, she focused on the area of learning and forgetting and developed a concept to increase long-term effectiveness of organizational learning initiatives.
