Peter Pogrzeba is Senior Project Manager in the Technology Exploration team at Deutsche Telekom T-Labs. He has been working in research and development in system and media engineering for more than 30 years. Peter was member of different working groups in ITU, DVB and GSMA and German TV Platform.
