Dr. Sebastian Klöß is Head of Consumer Technology, AR/VR and Metaverse at the German digital association Bitkom. He is in charge of the NewTV and Augmented & Virtual Reality working groups as well as the metaverse forum by bitkom. This forum bundles Bitkom expertise on the topic of metaverse. He is also responsible for the preparation of the study “The Future of Consumer Technology”. Before joining Bitkom, he worked as an editor and was already involved in tech topics. Before that, he was a research assistant at Humboldt University in Berlin, where he received his doctorate in history.
