Robin discovered his passion for machine learning and AI at an early age. His specialties are the setup of complex systems for speech dialogue automation and consulting on the application of conversational AI.

In his role as Director of Development at Future of Voice, one of the leading agencies for Conversational AI based in Berlin, he conceptualizes and develops automated, self-learning AI voice applications for contact centers, digital voice assistants, messaging platforms and websites.

Together with the interdisciplinary team of voice user interface designers, linguists, developers and machine learning engineers, the focus is on machine learning-based solutions for speech synthesis, recognition and processing for companies like ERGO, Decathlon, DER SPIEGEL, Deutsche Bahn, Vodafone, Axel Springer, Thalia, and many others.
