As Director DACH, Global Business Group, Dr. Regina Umbach is responsible for working with large customers from the tech/telco/utilities industries at Meta. She helps complex clients achieve the best possible advertising results on Meta’s platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Business Messaging). Digital transformation of business models and advertising strategies are her passion. Prior to her current role, Regina led the Central Europe business for Meta’s Mid-Market clients, driving small and medium-sized clients to rapid expansion and job creation.

Prior to that, she was responsible for Programmatic Advertising in the DACH region at Google, among others, and helped major clients and agencies grow in DACH and Eastern Europe across a wide range of industries. Regina started her career at Bertelsmann in international Sales & Operations roles in New York, London, Hamburg and Gütersloh. She holds a PhD from Oxford University.
