Paul Higgs is a Senior Director in the Strategy and Industry Development department at Huawei Technologies where his focus is on video related technologies and applications. Paul has an extensive background working with the production and delivery of multimedia over IP networks and his activities now include the development of multimedia technologies, systems, and standards as well as their application in product and service offerings. Paul has held, and currently holds multiple leadership and contribution roles in standards and industry development activities including service as a board member, former President and technical work lead for the VR Industry Forum and chairman of the DVB Technical Module subgroup on IP related service discovery.
