In 1983 Michael Heisenberg joined the Headend Development department of Kathrein, where he has been Project Manager (since 1989) and Department Head (since 1998).

Since 2007, Michael is in charge of New Technologies, since 2012 he also is engaged in Business Development at Kathrein. He represents Kathrein in several national and international bodies.
