Kalle Max Hofmann is the founder of Tunermaxx Media GmbH and an expert on visual effects, cinematic stereoscopy and virtual reality. In the VFX department, his credits include supervising roles in some of Germany’s biggest box office hits like Keinohrhasen and Honig im Kopf, Netflix shows like Skylines and arthouse favourites like the Oscar® nominated PINA by Wim Wenders. In addition to working on all of Wenders’ stereoscopic movies, he has written and directed a handful of his own, like Wonderful World 3D and Our Universe 3D, released by Universal Pictures. Starting as early as 1990, Tunermaxx have also released computer games, a notable title being Rainbow Reactor: Fusion which premiered on Meta’s highly curated Quest Store in 2020 and is now available on many other VR platforms, including Steam, Pico and HTC. Their latest game, „Die Känguru-Verschwörung“ is a movie tie-in for one of Germany’s most beloved comedy franchises.
