Julien Lemotheux is Senior Standardization Manager on TV and Video topics at Orange. He joined the company in 2010 and initially worked on video coding and distribution solutions. He was participating in the definition of the domain’s strategy, leading anticipation projects and contributing to country delivery projects. Since 2020, he manages technical and operational standardization for TV and Video domain. He coordinates Orange delegates in the different standards developing organizations and is directly contributing in 3GPP SA4, DVB and MPEG. Julien is also Orange Expert Senior in the “Solutions for Content Services” Orange Expert community where he leads and contributes to working groups providing specific guidelines and advice to the various Orange entities in the field of content services. He holds a Masters’ degree in Computer Science from Polytech Nantes.
