Originally trained as a broadcast engineer and having worked for Telenor and the BBC as a satellite specialist, Bob has moved through several fields including teaching broadcast technology, consumer electronics, IPTV, content security and now OTT streaming. He is now working in the video architecture team of Perform one of the largest sports media companies in the world and focusing mostly on head-end architecture and playback their DAZN product. DAZN is a fast growing live sports platform offering a wide range of tournaments for a simple, market leading subscription price. It has launched in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Canada and Japan, with more territories to follow.
