Chair of MPEG’s DASH subgroup (ISO/IEC JTC1/SC29/WG11), and President/Chairman of Board of DASH Industry Forum, both from beginning to present day. Co-editor of MPEG-DASH standard. Participated in DVB, DLNA, DECE, 3GPP on streaming standardization, and collaborated with HbbTV, DTG, W3C, ATSC. Developed cross-company strategy and architecture for multimedia streaming.
