Roberto is a research engineer in the R&D group at Unified Streaming. Before this role, which he began in 2020, Roberto served as a video streaming engineer. Early in his career, he co-founded a startup specializing in 360-degree video streaming that provided media services to TV broadcasters in Mexico. Roberto earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from ITESM in Mexico and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. Roberto’s main interests revolve around the performance and scalability of large media systems and improving media delivery interoperability.
