Tim Schäffer spearheads Partner Product for Netflix in DACH, strategically collaborating with leading Telcos and Operators to optimize the Netflix signup experience and enhance the member CX within the partner ecosystems. His background encompasses Technical Product Management at Amazon (Alexa AI, FireTV, Smart Home), where he drove regional service launches and feature growth. Earlier leadership roles at maxdome (ProSiebenSat.1) and NetRange focused on Big Screen CX and Video on Demand. Tim holds degrees in Audio Engineering (SAE Berlin) and an MBA in International Business (HULT San Francisco).
